hopefully this fixes buggy java issues. upgraded from vista, seems about the same.

so far so good, definitely has some subtle enhancements over vista i'm enjoying. it's much faster and i've lost the java issues.

I think that this 486 dx 50 is getting a little long in the tooth though, I may have to upgrade this box soon.
